Health & Safety Practices

The safety and well-being of our team, guests and community is our top priority. We follow guidelines provided by the CDC, California State and Santa Barbara County to dictate our steps to keep everyone in the business safe. We thank you for your support, respect and cooperation in these guidelines while we continue to evolve our operations for the health and safety of everyone.  

For the safety of our guests, we have arranged our dining room to allow for social distancing whenever possible. Whenever weather allows, doors will remain open to provide additional cross-ventilation. We have also created options for outdoor seating, should that be the preference of your party please email info@barlecote.com and we will do our best to accommodate. 

We are maintaining thorough and regular cleaning and sanitization protocol throughout the restaurant at all times. All high-touch surfaces are sanitized regularly throughout our team’s preparation and guest service areas. Bar Le Côte  also offers contactless credit card payment in addition to cash payment for our guests.

All full-time Bar Le Côte team members are offered medical insurance and paid sick leave to help support their health and safety. Any employee who feels unwell or may pose a risk to other team members and guests will be offered paid time to support their wellbeing before returning to work.  If you are not feeling well, we appreciate you staying home to protect the health of our staff and fellow guests.
